Parinaz Naghizadeh is an assistant professor in the Operations Research group in the Integrated Systems Engineering Department at The Ohio State University, with a joint appointment in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Prior to joining OSU in 2019, she was a postdoctoral researcher at Purdue University and Princeton University Edge Lab. Before that, she was a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Michigan, where she also received her Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in 2016. Dr. Naghizadeh received a M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering with a minor in microeconomics, and a M.Sc. in mathematics, both from the University of Michigan, in 2013 and 2014, respectively, and a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Iran, in 2010. Her research interests are in network economics, game theory, reinforcement learning, and data analytics, with applications including cyber security and edge computing. She was a recipient of the Barbour Scholarship in 2014 and a Rising Stars in EECS in 2017.
