Biographical Sketch
Parinaz Naghizadeh is an assistant professor in the Operations Research group in the Integrated Systems Engineering Department at The Ohio State University, with a joint appointment in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Prior to joining OSU in 2019, she was a postdoctoral researcher at Purdue University and Princeton University Edge Lab. Before that, she was a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Michigan, where she also received her Ph.D. in electrical engineering and M.Sc. degrees in mathematics and electrical engineering. She received her B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Iran. Her research interests are in network economics, game theory, algorithmic economics, and reinforcement learning. She is a recipient of the NSF CAREER award in 2022, a Rising Stars in EECS in 2017, and a Barbour Scholarship from the University of Michigan in 2014.
